The simple kitchen/diner with Aga leads to the warm comfortable lounge with open fire on chillier evenings, French doors lead out to the large conservatory - a wonderful spot to sit, relax and watch the changing seascape and the boats sailing back and forth up the river Teifi. Two steps lead down to a paved patio.
A large, lawned garden surrounds the bungalow giving plenty of space for children to play, while to the rear is another sheltered patio. A location highly recommended to inspire whatever the season, within walking distance of the golf course, local hotel, sailing club and secluded coves. Cardigan is near by - a popular market town offering a range of facilities with a theatre/cinema, shops, pubs and restaurants to explore. A trip round Cardigan Bay to see the dolphins, seals and birdlife is a must.
